ich reg mich wieder auf .....
und man kann noch nicht mal einen Kommentar/Frage hinterlassen ohne sich zu registrieren. Ist das eigentlich rechtens?
hab mal sydneycoop gegoogelt:
** you do not have permission to see this link ** (da sieht man das im tut abgebildete Herz)
und ** you do not have permission to see this link **
das wird sie wohl auch sein ** you do not have permission to see this link ** (kommt aus dem UK)
Ich habe ihr über FLICKR eine Nachricht gesendet:
(Überschrift: ?Artichoke Technique? )
Hi Sydney,
do you think it's okay to copy a technique
AND SELL a tutorial about it??? The inventor
is a good friend of mine, and I don't know
what to say about such behaviour, sorry 🙁
@Susanne: Danke!! *knutsch*

Hello.
I am sorry to anyone this has offended. I don't think I am the only person in any crafting community who has drawn inspiration from other artists. This isn't a form of disrespect, she is someone I admire as an artist.
I simply went online, looked at the picture, and tried several times to get this right. I never took a class or learned this from anybody, I learned it all on my own. I have never also seen a copyright on this technique. If there is I sincerely apologize. And in all actuality, it is folding a piece of clay. Is there a copyright on that? I am not sure. I have never said I came up with the idea. And who knows, maybe our processes are different?[/color:9corob2u]
I am fifteen years old and don't really know all of the workings of copyright and other business issues. I am sorry that this hurt you and your friend because I had no idea. I was never trying to take the spotlight from Eva, but just a struggling artist trying to make it on my own. I have made these pendants before and posted them on claylessons. There is a button where you can request a tutorial and I got several requests. I guess I just never thought of it any further than that or that it came from her technique.
And I didn't change the name and shape because I thought that made it different and it wasn't copying then. I made the tutorial because it was something I enjoy making and I thought others liked it as well. I didn't have any intention of stealing anything. Honestly.[/color:9corob2u]
I truly feel terrible. I don't want this to be taken offensively. I don't want you to take this email as angry or to get angry back. It was an honest mistake and I think I deserve another chance. I take a lot of pride in what I do so I am sorry that you don't feel that way. Please look into your heart and look at the things you have done wrong. I think we have all had similar experiences and maybe I have taken it a step too far and offended you.
This will not bring me down. I will continue to work with clay but not with this technique. I will be very successful, but this is just a bump in the road. It isn't fair to be bullied for something you were just trying out. I am sorry again.
Sorry again,
Sydney Cooper
